Booking fee

• A booking fee is required for all appointments, and will be taken at the time of your booking. This fee will be deducted from your total appointment fee.
  
• Booking fees are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a different appointment if you reschedule with at least 48 hours notice.

Cancellation Policy

• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment forfeit the booking fee and may be charged as a late cancellation.
  
• Last minute cancellations (within 24 hours) and no shows will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.
• Changing your appointment type may be possible in the scheduled time, however this will be up to my discretion and may result in a price change to suit the new service.

Running Late

• I want to be able to provide you with the best set of lashes, so please arrive on time so the service is not rushed. If you are late to your appointment I can fill your lashes as much as possible in the remaining time, however the set may not be as full.
  
• Running over 15 minutes late without contacting me may result in a ‘no show’ fee which is equivelant to 100% of the appointment price.
  

Before your appointment

• Appointment reminders will be sent 48 hours before your appointment via SMS. You will be required to confirm your appointment via SMS, which is a confirmation of your appointment time, price, and service. Appointments not confirmed will result in a cancellation.
  
• Please arrive on time to your appointment.
  
• Please arrive with no eye makeup.
  
• No lash lifts within 8 weeks of your appointment. If you fail to inform me of a lash lift I may need to cancel your appointment and charge the full appointment fee.
• Please reschedule your appointment if you are sick or have any kind of eye infection or irritation.
• Please avoid caffeine before your appointment.
• I do not currently accomodate foreign fills. Any lashes done by a different artists will need to be removed before I can provide you with a new set.

Aftercare

• Aftercare instructions will be provided at the end of the appointment.
  
• Your service includes an aftercare kit with lash cleaner, a cleansing brush, aftercare instruction card, and a sweet treat.
• Please follow these instructions to keep your extensions and natural lashes in the best condition possible.
